Chicken Biryani Recipe || Quick, Simple and Easy Biryani Recipe

Chicken Biryani is made using chicken cooked in various spices and then mixed with boiled rice Method 1.Soak half kilo basmati rice in water for one hour 2.In a pan heat oil - 4 tablespoon 3.To this oil add sliced onions - 2 medium sized and fry till golden brown 4.Add ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon and saute till raw smell disappears 5.Add boneless chicken pieces - 1/2 kilo and salt - 1 teaspoon Saute for 2 minutes 6. Add Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon Biryani masala powder - 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Mix and saute for 1 minute 7.Add diced tomato - 1 medium sized and cook till it turns smooth 8.Add Yogurt - 3 tablespoon and diced green chilies - 3 Mix it well 9.Cook till chicken turns tender 10.In a bowl bring water to boil Water - 4 liter To it add Salt - 2 tablespoon Clarified butter - 1 tablespoon 11.When water boils add soaked rice and cook till 80% done 12.Drain water after rice is cooked 13.In another pan add 1 teaspoon clarified butter and a layer of rice then place another layer of chicken in the same way add layers and garnish with few mint and coriander leaves also add yellow food color mixed milk and at last pour two tablespoons of clarified butter 14.Now place an old tawa on stove and on it place biryani vessel and heat for 5 minutes under high flame then reduce flame and cook for 20 minutes this is called dum 15.After 20 minutes open lid and our biryani is ready 16.Serve hot with raita and baingan ki chutney

Biryani is prepared using fragrant rice, aromatic spices and chicken. It is prepared in many ways and we present to you the delicious and the easiest one. So watch and learn how to make Chicken Biryani only on Ama Rosei

For rice
600 gms basmati rice
3-4 litres water
Salt as required
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp oil
1 bay leaf
2 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1 inch cinnamon
4 cloves
For chicken
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp ghee
3 green cardamoms
1 black cardamom
4 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
2-3 bay leaves
Marination of chicken
600 gms chicken
Salt as required
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 cup dahi
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 large onion (golden fry)
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Water as required
1 large onion (golden fry)
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves

- In a pan heat oil then some ghee and once it heats well, add garam masala and onion and cook until the onions turn golden brown

- Marinate the chicken by adding yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, other spices and mix it nicely.

- Add the marinated chicken into the pan and mix well, then add water.

- Cover it with a lid and cook on medium flame till its done

- In a pan add ghee and oil once it heats up add garam masala,lower the flame and add water and salt.

- Add the washed and soaked rice to the boiling water and let it cook on high flame. When it's 3/4th cooked drain the rice

- Layer the rice and Chicken and leave on low flame for 5-6 minutes. Biryani is now ready.

- Garnish it with fried onions, fresh mint and coriander leaves.

- Chicken Biryani is ready to be served
