Things take longer than you think...

As a newer agent you have a lot of expectations your first year. You make big goals and take massive action. But you don't get what you want...yet. Everyone's journey is different and mine feels slower than expected. As long as I'm getting better everyday, then I know the results will come.

How do I learn fast in real estate?

I find that the fastest way to learn something is by being in a situation where you are forced to learn and perform a certain activity. This occurs through having someone or something give you the pressure to act. We do more for other people than we do for ourselves. This principle can be applied to your own education for your own benefit. Let other people place pressure on you to learn something important.

Without us salespeople (or consultants for those who dislike "sales"), buyers and sellers would hardly come together on terms that involve such big stakes.

Without us, buyers and sellers wouldn't be able to see a perspective based on logic rather than emotion, and we all know that humans make many errors based on emotions.

It is our job to guide our clients to make the best decision possible, and that requires proper sales and negotiation skills.
