indian basmati rice cooked with egg Egg Biryani This is the most easy and best Egg Biryani i have tried and thanks to Vahchef's easy video instruction http://www.vahrehvah.com/egg-biryani Ingredients 500 grams Basmati Rice 1 tsp biryani masala pdr 1 tsp black cumin 6 tsp Clarified Butter 8 number Eggs 1 tsp fried onion 1 tsp Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 4 number Green Chillies 1 bunch mint 1 tbsp oil 1 large Onions 2 cup Plain Yogurt 1 to taste Salt 10 number whole garam masala Directions Wash and soak rice for at least ½ hour. boil eggs Shell the boiled eggs and give four long cuts on the white portion of each egg without separating it. In a kadai or pot, heat the clarified butter or oil. And spices and fry the onions until they become golden brown and add ginger garlic paste ,gr chillies ,mint coriander ,biryani masala and curd and cook In the same masala measure 1 1/2 times the amount water to rice and bring it to boil add soaked rice and mix well and cook covered till rice is done add. Then add red chilli powder, salt and eggs,beans and fry until the eggs get coated with the spices. Remove the eggs and set aside. When the air holes appear on the rice surface, reduce the stove heat to low. Cut Mirchi Pakodi (STREET STYLE)

Street food almost found on roadside. Its a easy to make crispy snack pakoda which can be prepared and eaten any time especially during teatime. http://www.vahrehvah.com/cut-mirchi-pakodi-2 Ingredients: Ingredient Measure Units For Pakoda Green chilies 5 Number Oil for deep fry Onions 1 big Coriander 1/2 bunch Chat masala 1 tsp. Lemon juice 1 tbsp. For batter : Chick pea flour 2 cups Baking soda 1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder pinch Salt to taste Ajwain 1/2 tsp. Oil 1 tbsp. For filling : Tamarind Paste 2 tbsp. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp. Ajwain 1/4 tsp. Salt to taste Roasted chick pea flour 2 tbsp. Directions -- Method: 1. Take a mixing bowl add chick pea flour, baking soda, turmeric, salt, ajwain, oil, add some water use a whisk to blend all together make a thick batter keep it aside. 2. Take another small bowl add thick tamarind Paste, chili powder, ajwain, salt, Roasted chick pea flour and mix it well like a thick Paste. 3. Take Green chills make one slit and remove the seeds, then put the prepared mixture inside the Chili, repeat for all the chillies. 4. When oil is ready for frying, dip the stuffed Chili into the chick pea batter and deep fry till slightly golden in color all over turning occasionally. 5. Now cut each chili pakoda into pieces and fry in hot oil till they are brown and crispy. 6. Add chopped onions, peanuts, sprinkle some chat masala, chopped coriander, squeeze some lemon juice and serve as starter. Aloo bonda is a typical South Indian snack. It is a deep fried savory snack stuffed with potato spices mixture. Aloo bonda is crispy outside and soft inside.

Ingredients
1 pinch ajwain
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cashewnuts
1 pinch chilli pdr
1 bunch chopped coriander
1 slice chopped ginger
2 number chopped gr chilli
1 tsp cumin
5 leaf curry leaves
2 cup gram flour ,beasan
1 pinch mustard
1 to fry oil
1/2 small onion
4 number potato boiled mashed
1 to taste salt

Directions
• heat oil in pan , make sure use very little oil add cumin ,mustard ,turmeric all spices and onion
• mix it with mashed potato and season well
• make batter with gramflour as shown , or check out the video of pakodas for detail procedure for batter
• dipp the dumpling of potatoes in the batter and fry in medium heat till golden brown and serve hotwith your fav chutney
