Learn how to make Dal Panchmel an authentic dal recipe with The Bombay Chef Varun Inamdar. A combination of five gems – tur dal, chana dal, moong dal, masoor dal and urad dal makes an delicious and tradional Dal Panchmel. So with Chef Varun Inamdar learn to make Dal Panchmel at home only on Rajshri Food. Ingredients 50 gms tur dal 25 gms chana dal 50 gms moong dal 50 gms masoor dal 25 gms urad dal peeled 2 tbsp Ghee 1 tsp Oil 1 tbsp jeera 1 tbsp chilli pwd 1/2 tbsp haldi 1 tbsp coriander pwd 1 tbsp garam masala pwd 1 medium tomato 2-3 green chillies chopped 1/4 tsp hing Water Salt as required Finely chopped coriander for garnish Method: - In bowl add together urad dal , tur dal, moong dal, masoor dal and chana dal and add water and wash it properly. Wash it 3 times and strain the water and then soak it for 1 hour in hot water - Add the dals into pressure cooker, some water and salt, cook It for 4-5 whistles. - Churn the dal add more water and mix properly - In a pan add ghee and little bit of oil. Add hing, cumin seeds, garam masala and the dal - Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to taste, add water to adjust the consistency - Add chopped green chillies, tomatoes and coriander leaves. - Dal Panchmel is ready to be served! Raw banana fry( plantain fry) Today we will see how to make raw banana fry.This is quick and tasty ,crispy south Indian recipe which goes well with sambar rice,curd rice,or rasam or any variety rice..let us see the ingredients. Raw banana-1 chilli powder-1 ½ tbs coriander powder-1 ½ tbs turmeric powder-1/2 tbs salt to taste oil -5 tbs garlic-5 cloves mustard-½ tbs curry leaves fennel seeds -½ tbs method peel off the outer skin of green banana *First cut the raw banana into round & thin shape. *Heat oil in a pan ,add mustard seeds,when it splutter ,add in fennel seeds , garlic & curry leaves. * Now add in raw banana slices,turmeric powder, chilli powder,coriander powder and salt to taste.Mix it well. * cover the lid and cook it on a medium flame for 5 to 10 minutes. Inbetween open the lid and mix it well. After 10 minutes, open the lid and add little oil and stir it well. Keep the flame on low & cook for 5 minutes. *Now very simple & yummy raw banana fry is ready…. வாழைக்காய் வறுவல் செய்ய தேவையான பொருட்கள் வாழைக்காய் -1 மஞ்சள் தூள் -½ ஸ்பூன் மிளகாய் தூள் -1 ½ ஸ்பூன் மல்லி தூள் -1 ½ ஸ்பூன் கறிவேப்பிலை உப்பு தேவையான அளவு எண்ணெய் -5 ஸ்பூன் பூண்டு -5 பல் கடுகு -½ ஸ்பூன் சோம்பு -½ ஸ்பூன் செய்முறை முதலில் வாழைக்காயை வட்ட வடிவத்தில் வெட்டி கொள்ளவும் கடாயில் எண்ணெய் சேர்த்து கடுகு சேர்த்து வெடித்தவுடன் சோம்பு சேர்த்து பிறகு கறிவேப்பிலை சேர்த்து வெடித்தவுடன் , நறுக்கி வைத்த வாழைக்காயை சேர்த்து மஞ்சள் தூள் மிளகாய் தூள் மல்லி தூள் சேர்த்து நன்கு கலந்து அடுப்பை மிதமான சூட்டில் வைத்து மூடி . வைத்து 5லிருந்து 10நிமிடம் வரை வேகவைக்கவும் . 10 நிமிடத்திற்கு பிறகு கொஞ்சம் எண்ணெய் சேர்த்து 5 நிமிடம் வறுக்கவும் இப்போது மிகவும் சுவையான வாழைக்காய் வறுவல் தயார்!.
