Hello and welcome to our channel today we are going to make a very tasty recipe methi ke muthiye or methi ke dhokle son let's see what will need for this:- 1 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup besan 1/2 cup rawa 1/2 cup corn flour 2 green chilli finelly chopped 2 tablespoons coriander finelly chopped 1 teaspoon dry mango powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon chat masala Salt according to taste 1 teaspoon ajwain 10 -12 curry leaves 1/2 cup chopped methi Method:- We take a bowl an add wheat flour ,maize flour,gram flour corn flour ,chilli chopped ,dry mango powder,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,chat masala,salt,ajwain,chopped fenugreek -mix them and make a soft dough .Cover and leave it for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes make dhokle from it as shown. Now steam them for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes check the dhokle with knife .if knife comes clean our dhokle or muthiye is ready. Now take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil and heat it up . Hy Friends welcome again to Usha's kitchen
today we are going to make very quick and easy recipe poha with few ingredients we can make this recipe
ingredients are:-
2 cup poha(300g)(flat rice)
1\2 cup hare chane(75g)(chickpea)
1 tbsp chopped coriander
4 green chilli chopped
2 medium onion chopped
1 teasp sugar
1 teasp jiralu
1\2 cup namakin
1 teasp fennel seeds(shof)
1teasp mustard seeds
salt acc to taste
1 teasp turmeric powder
1 tbsp oil

Now,haet up the pan
and put oil in it
add mustard and fennel seeds
now add chopped green chilli and onion
cook for 2-3 min add 1\2 teasp sugar
add chickpea now

cover them for 2-3 min till chickpea get cooked

now time to add soaked flat rice (soaked poha)


now stir them and cover pan

cook for 2-3 min

now add chopped coriander
