Coriander seeds, crushed 1 tsp. Turmeric powder 1 tsp. Red chilli powder 1 tsp. Carom seeds ½ tsp. Asafoetida 2 tsp. Rice flour Salt to taste Oil for frying For the Aloo and Mirchi Bhajiyas:- Potatoes, thinly sliced Bhavnagari Green Chillies, slit Green chillies, thinly sliced 1 bowl Gram Flour 2 tsp. Rice flour 1 tsp. Turmeric powder 1 tsp. Red chilli powder 1½ tsp. Fennel seeds Salt to taste Water Oil for frying Method:- Kanda Bhajiya:- - In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients and sliced onion without water and fry in oil until crisp and golden brown. Aloo and Mirchi Bhajiya:- - In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients with water. - Dip the sliced potatoes in the batter and fry until golden brown. - Same way, fry the slit chillies by dipping them in the batter until crisp. Ingredients Big Onion-3 Basen powder/ Chickpeas Powder-4tbsp Rice Flour-1tbsp Hing-1/4tsp Fennel powder-2pinches Chilli Powder-1/2tsp Green chilli-2 Curryleaves-2strings Ginger-small Salt- Sugar-2pinch Oil-for frying Method Peel and clean the onion…Cut them into fine slices .. To that add ginger,green chilli,curry leaves ,and salt Mix well.. Then add chilli powder ,asafetida powder and fennel powder ..Mix well.. Keep aside for 10 minutes Then to that add rice flour and basen flour ..mix well.. finally add sugar and mix . Heat oil in a kadai ..Now pour the coated  onion in small small part  in to the  hot oil. Deep fry them  . Remove from the oil and drain … Serve the hot pakoda  with chutney or tomato sauce ..

It goes with imli chutney Onion Pakoda is a deep fried batter snack made of gram flour (besan), other spices and onions.Onion Pakoda is a deep fried batter snack made of gram flour (besan), other spices and onions. Unlike the potato bajji or the banana chilli bajji, the batter for the onion pakoda is different.

Ingredients

1/2 tsp baking pdr
1 cup big Onion
2 leaf curry leaves
1 piece Ginger finely sliced
1 cup Gram Flour Besan
2 number ` Green chillies
1 to fry oil
2 tbsp oil or butter
1/4 cup Rice Flour
1 to taste salt

Directions

• Take a bowl add very thin sliced onions, green chillies,ginger sliced,curry leaves, if you want to add cashew nuts soak in water for 10 min and then add it to the onions,salt mix well.

• in another bowl add besan,rice flour, salt, jeera, baking powder, oil, now add the onion mixture mix well if need sprinkle water and mix well again.

• Heat oil and deep fry till it is golden brown
