Its a easy to make crispy snack pakoda which can be prepared and eaten any time especially during teatime. http://www.vahrehvah.com/cut-mirchi-pakodi-2 Ingredients: Ingredient Measure Units For Pakoda Green chilies 5 Number Oil for deep fry Onions 1 big Coriander 1/2 bunch Chat masala 1 tsp. Lemon juice 1 tbsp. For batter : Chick pea flour 2 cups Baking soda 1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder pinch Salt to taste Ajwain 1/2 tsp. Oil 1 tbsp. For filling : Tamarind Paste 2 tbsp. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp. Ajwain 1/4 tsp. Salt to taste Roasted chick pea flour 2 tbsp. Directions -- Method: 1. Take a mixing bowl add chick pea flour, baking soda, turmeric, salt, ajwain, oil, add some water use a whisk to blend all together make a thick batter keep it aside. 2. Take another small bowl add thick tamarind Paste, chili powder, ajwain, salt, Roasted chick pea flour and mix it well like a thick Paste. 3. Take Green chills make one slit and remove the seeds, then put the prepared mixture inside the Chili, repeat for all the chillies. 4. When oil is ready for frying, dip the stuffed Chili into the chick pea batter and deep fry till slightly golden in color all over turning occasionally. 5. Now cut each chili pakoda into pieces and fry in hot oil till they are brown and crispy. 6. Add chopped onions, peanuts, sprinkle some chat masala, chopped coriander, squeeze some lemon juice and serve as starter. Pizza pockets tasty, cheese pockets, veg bread pocket, easy pocket bread, stuffed bread pocket recipes Ingredients : White Bread (वाइट ब्रेड ) – 8 slices Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च ) – ¼ cup (finely chopped ) Carrot (गाजर ) – ¼ cup (finely chopped) Sweet corn(स्वीट कौर्न ) – ¼ cup Tomato (टमाटर ) – 1 (finely chopped ) Mozzarella cheese ( मोज़रेल्ला चीज़ ) – ½ cup (grated) Tomato sauce (टोमाटो सौस) – 2 tbsp Oregano (ऑरेगैनो) – ½ tsp (or to taste) Salt (नमक ) – More than ½ tsp (or to taste) Ginger (अदरक ) – ½ inch piece (finely chopped) Refined flour (मैदा ) – 4 to 5 tbsp Oil (तेल ) – for frying How to make Bread Pizza Packet : 1. Take 4 to 5 tbsp refined flour, add water in small portions and prepare a thin paste from it. Add less than ¼ tsp salt to it.Mix well. 2. To prepare stuffing, Heat a pan, add 2 tsp oil to it, let the oil heat sufficiently,Add finely chopped ginger to the pan, then add carrot, capsicum, add sweet corn kernels. Stir ingredients well. Cook for 2 minutes while roasting it. 3. Also add 1 de seeded finely chopped tomato to it . Add ½ tsp salt or to taste, oregano, tomato sauce, mix it well. 4. Once the stuffing is ready, Place the stuffing on the jali stand. Let it cool. 5. Take 4 to 5 tbsp refined flour, Prepare a thin paste from it. Make sure the lumps dissolve. Add less than ¼ tsp salt to the paste. 6. Take bread slices, cut the corners, Put the bread on the rolling pin and roll it out. Roll all slices likewise. 7. When the stuffing cools down, add ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese to it and mix well. 8. Lift a bread slice, Place 1 to 1.5 tsp stuffing over the bread, leave little space on the edges to stick. Grease the edges with refined flour paste and press and stick the edges. Fill all the packets likewise and keep in a plate. 9. Put the oil to heat up, To reduce the absorption of oil coat the packet with the refined flour paste. Make a thin coating with a brush and put it to fry on medium hot oil. 10.Once the Bread Pizza Packets are fried and puff up , flip it. 11. Once golden brown from all sides , take it out. Hold the ladle on the edges of the wok, so that the extra oil drains back into the wok. Fry all the Bread pizza packets likewise. It takes 3 to 4 minutes to fry all pizza packets at once. Peanut Chikki Recipe, Jaggery Moongfali Chikki, gur Sing ki Chikki, Peanut Jaggery Bar, Groundnut chikki Ingredients for Peanut Jaggery Chikki Roasted Peanuts (भुने हुए मूंगफली) -1 cup (150 gms) Jaggery (गुड़) - 1 cup (200 gms) (crumbled) Ghee (घी ) - 2 tbsp How to make Peanut Chikki : 1. Put crumbled jaggery in a pan.Turn on flame.Add 1 tsp ghee to it.Stir and melt it on low flame. Break jaggery with spatula and stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more. 2. To check the jaggery take some water in a bowl, pour some drops of jaggery in it.Let it cool a bit, then take out if it is stretching. If not then cook for a minute, then break and check again. If breaking the jaggery is ready. 3. Keep the flame very low,Put the peanuts in jaggery. Mix well.Turn off flame. 5. Grease the board and spatula with ghee, Pour the mix on the board.Spread with spatula. Grease rolling pin with ghee then spread with it. Once spread let it cool. 6. Paneer bread balls are crispy from outside and stuffed with bread crumbs, spices and paneer. This healthy appetizer can be made easily at home. Transfer them to a mixing bowl. 2. Grind two more slices for coating the balls later. Making: 3. In another mixing bowl, add crumbled paneer, followed by salt, coriander powder, mango powder, red chilly powder, finely chopped green chilly, coarsely ground black peppercorns and ginger paste. Mix everything really well. 4. To the bread crumbs add some milk and knead dough. To it then add paneer mixture, followed by green coriander and coarsely ground cashews. Mix everything really well. 5. Now mix some water to refined flour and stir to dissolve lumps. Add some more water to make a batter with thin consistency. 6. Pinch some small portion from the mixture and roll it into round and oval shape. 7. Dip this to the refined flour batter and coat with bread crumbs. Place them on a plate and likewise make balls for the entire mixture. 8. Heat some oil in a wok or pan. When the oil is medium hot, drop 4 to 5 balls and deep fry until golden brown and crispy. 9. Drain out the fried paneer balls on kitchen paper towels to remove excess oil. Likewise fry the rest of the balls as well. Serving: 10. Serve these tempting and lip smacking paneer bread balls with any Indian dip or chutney like green coriander chutney, mint chutney or tomato ketchup. Ingredients
Green chilly – 11 (250 grams)
Gram flour – 1 cup (100 grams)
Boiled potatoes – 3 (250 grams)
Green coriander – 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp (coarsely ground)
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Red chilly powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Ginger paste – ½ tsp
Green chilly – 1 (finely chopped)
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Mango powder – ½ tsp
Carom seeds – ½ tsp
Baking soda – ½ pinch
Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
Oil – for frying

Directions
Getting ready:
1. In a big mixing bowl take gram flour. Add water to it in small parts and stir well until the lumps dissolve completely and you get little thick and dense batter.
2. For making the stuffing, peel the boiled potatoes and mash them finely.
3. Slit the chilies from center keeping it joined at the other end. Likewise slit all the chilies.

Making:
4. To it then add ½ tsp salt, carom seeds and ¼ tsp red chilly powder. Mix well. Cover and keep the batter aside for 10 to 15 minutes to set.
5. Heat 2 tsp oil in a wok or a pan and splutter cumin seed first.
6. Then add the following ingredients to the pan - add turmeric powder, coriander powder, finely chopped green chilly, ginger paste and saute the spices.
7. Now add mashed potatoes to the pan, followed by salt, red chilly powder, mango powder and garam masala. Mix well and saute the potatoes for 2 minutes.
8. Then turn off the flame and mix some coriander sprigs to the stuffing. Transfer it to another bowl.
9. Stuff each chilly with the prepared chilly and place them on a plate. Next, dip the chilly in the batter and then drop it gently to the hot oil.
10. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown from all sides. Drain out the fried chilies on a plate or basket covered with paper kitchen towels to remove excess oil.
11. Steaming hot and super scrumptious Rajasthani chilly vadas are ready.

Serving:
12. Serve them with any Indian chutney or dip like green coriander chutney, mint chutney, sweet chutney or tomato ketchup and enjoy.
