So today I am going to share my recipe for Lahsun Ki Chutney - cooking made so easy!! Recipe: Ingredients: 1/2 cup garlic cloves 1/4 cup mustard oil 6-7 dry red chilli 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 1/2 cup buttermilk/curd Salt as per taste METHOD 1.Grind garlic, dry chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, salt and curd/buttermilk. 2. Into a smooth paste 3. In hot oil add paste and stir till boils 4.Then cover the pan and cook for 20 min or till oil separates. 5. Turn the heat off and allow to cool and transfer to airtight jar. 6.
