कच्ची हल्दी की चटनी | Raw Turmeric Chatni | Kachi Haldi Ki Chatni - by vlogboard इसके लिए कच्ची हल्दी चाहिए। यहाँ हमने 250 ग्राम हल्दी ली है। 2-3 बारीक़ कटी हरी मिर्च 2 लहसुन की गाँठ का पेस्ट 4 टमाटर, यह देशी टमाटर हैं। ज्यादा खट्टा नहीं होना चाहिए। टमाटर को हमने उबालकर, ठन्डे पानी में कुछ देर रखा है और उसको मसलकर पास्ट बना लिया है। आप चाहे तो हरी मिर्च और टमाटर को मिक्सर में पीसकर पेस्ट बना सकते हैं। लाल मिर्च पाउडर धनिया पाउडर नमक तेल जीरा - जीरा आप चटनी बनाते समय तेल में भी तड़का सकते हैं। हम यहाँ जीरा पाउडर ले रहें हैं। इसमें कुछ अख्खे मसाले भी चाहिए जैसे दालचीनी 5-6 काली मिर्च 1 - बड़ी इलाइची 2 - लौंग Visit us at http://www.vlogboard.com Please subscribe my YouTube channel. Chapati's or flat breads are made from whole wheat flour and water. oil and salt may or may not be added. i add some salt and oil to the dough. the whole wheat flour which is used in making these indian breads are hard to semi hard wheat durum wheat. the wheat is finely ground. this wheat flour is called as “atta”.
