Suji /Rava /Samolina -1 cup 2. Curd - 1/2cup 3. Black pepper - 1/4ts 4. Salt to taste 5. Water - 3/4cup 6. Onion - 1 7. Capsicum - 1/2 8. Tomato - 1 9. Garlic paste - 1ts 10. Ginger paste - 1ts 11. Green chilli - 1/2ts 12. Jeera (Cumin) - 1ts 13. Corriander - 1tb 14. Oil Method... Take Sooji /Rava in a bowl ,add Curd, Black pepper, Salt to taste and mix it...add Water 1/4cup mix.. Then add Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Garlic paste, Ginger paste , Green chilli, Jeera and mix it add 1/2cup of water and mix nicely ... make semi thick batter. cover and keep it for 5min... add Corriander mix... batter is ready.. Heat a appe pan grease with oil, keep flame in medium to low, pour the batter ,sprinkle some oil drop over the appe and cook for 1-1 min.for both side…suji /Rava Appe is ready... If do not have aape pan…Then Heat a pan grease with oil, keep flame in medium to low ,then pour batter and make small small size pancakes , apply some oil over it and cook both side for 1-1min. smal small Sooji pancakes or sooji uttapam is ready....

Curd - 1/4cup 3. Black Pepper - 1/4ts 4. Salt to taste 5. Water - 1cup 6. Oi l- 1ts 7. Mustard seeds - 1/2ts 8. Cumin seeds - 1/2ts 9. Onion - 1 10. Green Chilli - 1 11. Turmuric - 1/4ts 12. Boil and mashed Potato - 4 13. Lemon juice -1/2 14. Corriander 15. Ghee (Clarified butter) 16. Cheese spread 17. Chaat Masala 18. Tomato sauce Method.... Batter Take a bowl add Sooji(Samolina) , Curd, Black pepper, Salt to taste and mix ...then add Water and Make semi thick batter… cover and keep it for 15min at kitchen counter … For Stuffing... Take a kadhai add oil.. keep gas in low to medium flame.. add mustard seeds , Cumin seed, Onion, green chilli and fry tiii onion get soft... Then add salt to taste, Turmuric mix it... add Boil and Mash potatoes and mix it nicely.. for flavour add lemon juice , coriender and mix it... stuffing is ready.. After 15 min…add Corriander in Suji Batter and Mix it well….

Ingredients
for the rabri
250 ml full fat milk
150 grams malai/cream
200 grams condensed milk.we have used homemade
12-15 kesar/saffron strands
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
4-5 cashews, chopped small
4-5 almonds, chopped small

for the sugar syrup
200 grams sugar
1/2 cup/100 ml water
1/4 tsp cardamom powder

for frying the bread
desi ghee/clarified butter as needed
4 white bread slices. you can use brown bread instead

Method
Prepare the rabri first
1. to a pot add the milk, malai & condensed milk. on medium heat keep stirring & cooking till the milk comes to a boil & the ingredients mix together
2. add the cardamom powder, the chopped dry fruits & the saffron
3. cook till the mixture becomes thick like rabri as shown in the video
4. transfer to a bowl and allow to cool down

Prepare the sugar syrup
1. to a pot add the water & sugar
2. on medium heat stir constantly till sugar dissolves
3. add the cardamom powder & cook till the syrup gets to a 1-string consistency
4. remove to a bowl & keep aside

fry the bread slices
1. cut each bread slice diagonally across or as you wish
2. add enough desi ghee to a pan & heat on medium heat
3. add 1 or 2 bread slices and fry them till crisp & golden. keep turning them frequently to fry evenly on both sides
4. transfer to a plate when done & fry all the bread slices likewise

assemble the shahi tukda
1. dip the bread slices in the sugar syrup one by one for about 10-15 seconds each turning them over as well
2. hold them against the bowl to let the syrup drain out & keep transferring them to a plate.
3. when you are done with the dipping you will find more syrup has drained from the slices out in the plate
4. arrange the slices in another dish or plate and pour the now cooled rabri liberally over them
5. garnish with the sliced dry fruits & keep the shahi tukda in the fridge for a few hours to chill then serve
